 Pairing:
 Enjoy with red meats, thick sauces, stews and strong cheeses. Serve between 16°C and 18°C.
 
 Tasting note:
 It delivers a mix of black fruit and oak wood with
 notes of vanilla and cassis liqueur. Spicy notes of black pepper,
 blackberries and blackcurrants.
 Sour cherries with notes and dark chocolate.
 Medium-high acidity, herbaceous notes and
 coffee.
 Generous in textures with acidity and soft tannins.
